A few months after ChatGPT launched, I started using AI. Not to replace my thinking but to extend it. Something shifted in a way that I couldn't ignore.

After a decade in corporate banking, learning how money, systems, and people actually work I excited because I wanted more to life.
I built my real estate business, coaching & consulting work with a virtual operation that I loved. Then a national television show, and speaking on stages across the country for major outlets. I built geographic freedom, got married, moved near the beach, healed my body and we had two daughters.
Somewhere in the middle of it all - 6 months pregnant with my second, my first just 18 months old - I started using AI a few months after ChatGPT launched. Revenue spiked, clarity came fast, and a new question took over: what could this do for business owners who are capable and growth-minded, but overwhelmed and stretched thin?
That question became my work. I founded Absolute Ascent, an AI transformation agency helping businesses integrate AI through trainings, consulting, and custom-built solutions. Today I'm a strategist, founder, speaker and mom of two - and the throughline has always been the same: You don't have to sacrifice your life to build something great.
